| 摘 要： | 讨论数字参考服务质量评价的要素以及质量控制过程的相关内容，在此基础上，进一步分析用户因素研究在数字参考服务质量控制中的意义，阐明用户研究应在数字参考服务的质量控制中扮演重要的角色，并就如何重视发挥用户的积极因素切实提高数字参考服务的质量提出建议。
