| 摘 要： | 个体人力,即作为个体的人所蕴含的各种力量.个体人力结构分为三大系统,即体力结构系统、智力结构系统和心力结构系统.人力的开发与提升的必要性在于个体人力是个体的生存与发展和社会的存在与发展的基础,而人的未特定化和生成性特征则为个体人力的开发与提升提供了可能.以培养人为目的教育活动是人力提升的主要力量,教育以“文“化人的本性内在地包含了个体人力的开发与提升,为个体人力的开发与提升提供了文化与价值方向、文化资源和文化动力.
