| 摘 要： | 铂族金属是现代工业中不可或缺的矿产,广泛应用于首饰、汽车尾气催化剂、电子元件、化工催化剂等领域,美国、欧盟、英国等发达国家都将其作为战略性矿产。本文对2016-2030年铂族金属中消费量最大的铂、钯的全球需求量进行了分区域预测,同时预测了未来10年铂族金属二次资源的全球回收量,并对未来全球铂族金属的原矿供应及供需形势进行了判断。在未来全球铂族金属需求量增长,回收量提高,供需整体平衡的背景下,指出了中国铂族金属稀缺,产量难以增长,对外依存度居高不下,进口量将在一定范围内继续增长,未来满足需求将依赖二次资源回收。针对这些问题,放眼未来,提出了与主要供应国达成长久稳定的供应协议和加强铂族金属二次资源的回收利用等对策建议。 |

| Abstract: | Platinum-group metals are important resources in modern industries such as the jewelry, automobile exhaust catalyst, electronic component, and chemical catalyst sectors. Platinum-group metals are treated as strategic minerals by the US, UK and EU. Here, we predict demand of platinum and palladium (which share a proportion of world platinum-group metal consumption) over the next two decades and forecast the global recovery of platinum-group metals over the next 10 years. We also describe platinum-group metal mine production, along with supply and demand for platinum-group metals in the future. Under the background of growth of global platinum-group metal demand, the increase in global platinum-group metal recovery and the balance of supply and demand overall, we discuss critical problems with platinum-group metals in China such as a lack of platinum-group metals, barriers to increasing mining production, a high degree of external dependence, future imports growth, and the need to rely on secondary resources recovery to meet domestic demand. In view of these problems we discuss countermeasures and suggestions including stepping up implementation of the Going Out strategy, reaching a long-term stable supply agreement with main supply countries and strengthening the domestic recovery of platinum-group metals. |
