| Abstract: | The new liberalistic trend of thought in economics not only governs the economic development and policy orientation of western capitalist countries,but also exerts a significant influence on the economic reforms of developing countries.A deep study of the characteristics and practical effectiveness of new liberalistic theory is helpful for us to treat it with a scientific attitude,i.e.to criticize its negative influence and to take in its reasonable elements for reference. |
