| 摘 要： | 金融工程专业作为一门新兴的专业,需要借助教学团队完善专业建设。基于教学团队构成的四要素,金融工程专业教学团队建设应从专业建设、专业课程建设、实践课程建设和教学研究项目四个方面寻找切入点,建立健全教学团队的运行机制,保证团队目标的实现。
