| 摘 要： | 在产权式酒店投资环境分析中,由于各种影响因素众多且不易量化等原因,一般多采用定性分析方法.运用层次分析法(AHP)对产权式酒店进行分析,通过确定产权式酒店投资环境影响因素和问卷调查,建立产权式酒店投资环境影响因素层次分析和综合评价模型,提出一种定性与定量相结合的研究产权式酒店的新思路.

| Abstract: | In the article,some active factors functioning in Property Hotel investment environment analysis are firstly analyzed based on investigation data.Then Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method is employed to achieve the study results.A new model for Property Hotel investment environment analysis and a comprehensive evaluation method for Property Hotel competition are proposed at last. |
