| 摘 要： | 本文针对独立学院留级人数庞大的现象，分析留级的主要原因，提出对策和措施，促进留级学生顺利完成学业。解决学生学习的困难，帮助学生度过学习迷茫期，从而为有效地克服同类问题提出对策，为各校学生管理提供一些参考．为现行高校学籍管理的发展提出自己的看法。

| Abstract: | This article in view of the independent institute failing a grade population huge phenomenon, the primary cause which the analysis fails a grade, proposed that the countermeasure and the measure, promote the failing a grade student to complete the studies smoothly. Solves difficulty which the student studies, helped the student to pass the study confused time, thus to overcome the similar question to propose the countenneasure effectively, managed for various schools student provides some references, Proposes own view for the present university school register management＇s development. |
