| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员工作的成败直接关系到高职学生教育目标的实现与否，目前社会增大高级技术人才的需求量，高职院校学生数量不断增长，而生源素质参差不一，这种情况决定了高职院校辅导员不仅要有满腔的政治热情，还要具备较强的综合素质，包括正确的工作态度、科学的工作方法、良好的工作艺术等。本文试图从高职院校辅导员面对现实工作的具体情况如何确定工作重心从而做好工作，谈谈两个方面的思考。

| Abstract: | Subject： The success of vocational＇college counselors＇ work is directly related to the goals of education.Increse the current social demand for high-level technical personnel, The students of higher vocational and technical college are becoming popular in society. Schools begin to accelerate the expansion of the scale of recoiving students, thus higher College of enrollment increases every year and the number of students surged. While the students coming from different parts of the country and their quality are not the same. This determines the Vocational counselors not only should have the wholehearted political enthusiasm, but also have the overall qualities, including the right attitudes, scientific methods of work and the art of working. This paper attempts to give some suggestions and opinions for the vocational counselors to determine the focus of work facing the reality and start their own career development. |
