| 摘 要： | 近代中国通过国内培育与国外留学两条途径，实行人才的进口替代和国产化，大量地培育现代化所需人才，然而这两种形式下所造就之才在现代化进程中的地位是不相同的，在国内培养的人才着重于基础性作用的发挥，而留学归国人员则扮演了新式领域的领导角色。

| Abstract: | By way of the talents which were trained domestically and abroad, modern China developed a great deal of new talents that met the demand of Chinese modernization. However, the effect of the talents who were trained at home and abroad was different. The domestic talents acted on the basic role during the modernization and then the talents who were developed abroad played the leading roles in many new realms. |
