| 摘 要： | 本文就高校青年教师师德建设的有效途径进行了探索,认为高校在青年教师师德建设上可参照ERG需求理论,以满足青年教师需求为导向,构建满足青年教师生存需要的师德氛围、相互关系需要的师德机制和成长发展需要的师德自我建设平台,切实有效的提高青年教师师德建设的成效。
