摘    要:企业核心竞争力是企业长期利润的源泉,越来越引起人们的重视。企业要发展、壮大,就必须构建和不断提升自身的核心竞争能力。而企业文化又是影响企业构建和提升核心竞争力的关键因素,因此探讨二者的关系,建立优秀的企业文化,促进核心竞争力的构建和发展,具有深远的理论与实践意义。

Abstract:Core competence is the base of long-term profit. Nowadays more and more attention is being paid to it. To develop and grow, a enterprise must build and increase it's core competence. Culture of the enterprise is the key of its core competence, which is significant in theory and practice to research the relation of them. In order to strengthen and develop core competence, people must build excellent culture of the enterprise.
