| 摘 要： | 胡锦涛同志在党的“十七大”报告中对教育做出了精当的论述，指出了当前教育发展的重点和教育所要着力解决的重大问题，指明了新时期教育的发展方向，对未来较长一段时间的教育发展做出了宏观的部署。该论述有四大亮点：确立了教育公平在社会公平中的基础性作用；提出了衡量教育成功与否的标准——办好人民满意的教育；将“和谐”理念确立为贯穿党的教育部署的核心思想；第一次在党的报告中提出了民工子女的教育问题。这四个部分构成了一个有机整体，即在教育公平建设的基础上，通过资源的均衡配置，使教育事业得到和谐发展，达到令人民满意的目的。这一关于教育的论述将在今后很长一段时间内对教育事业起到根本性的指导作用，具有深刻而长远的意义。

| Abstract: | President Hu Jintao makes a brilliant exposition on education at the 17th NCCPC, which highlights four aspects： establishing the fundamental function of education equity in social equity; posing the criterion of evaluating educational quality, that is, satisfactory education for the people; working the belief of harmony into the party＇s core idea of education; initial focus on migrant children＇s educational problems at the party＇s report. This exposition will have a profound and longterm significance in directing the course of education. |
