| 摘 要： | 司法是社会稳定的调节器,是调节社会矛盾的最后手段。司法公正是司法的灵魂,是依法治国的基础和保障。近几年来,司法工作人员的职务犯罪在刑事案件中凸显,不仅直接侵犯了公民的人身、民主等权利,而且给政府的公信力造成了极为恶劣的负面影响,对法治的危害极为严重。因此,通过对司法工作人员职务犯罪的特点及其发案原因的实证研究,进而提出预防、遏制司法工作人员职务犯罪的对策就显得尤为迫切和必要。
