| 摘 要： | 从实证的角度研究广州自主创新,指出广州具有自主创新条件不断改善、自主创新能力有所增强、创新体系不断完善、创新效率表现不一等四大特征。同时,存在创新能力有待增强、研发投入依然不足、外资研发中心相对偏少等三个突出问题。

| Abstract: | This paper points out there are four characteristics and three weaknesses of Guangzhou's innovation.This will help Guangzhou and other cities to understand the actuality of their innovation and apply scientific suggestions in their building innovation city program.The four characteristics include improvement of innovation condition,strengthening of innovation ability,perfection of innovation system,and variety of innovation efficiency.The three weaknesses include necessity of enhancing innovation ability,inefficiency of R & D investment,lack of foreign R & D center. |
