| 摘 要： | 运用普通灰色关联度、灰色绝对关联度、灰色相对关联度的理论,综合分析了某铁矿山企业安全生产中影响事故伤亡率的4大因素：职工安全培训率、岗位变化率、安全管理水平、安全投资.各种灰色关联度分别从不同的侧面刻画了该矿山企业安全生产的现状.通过对计算结果的综合分析,找出了影响该矿山企业安全生产的主导因素,即岗位变化率,而与安全投资的关系不大.因此,尽量减少职工岗位变动,稳定职工队伍,是该企业安全生产中应该注意的重要问题.
