| 摘 要： | 目前豫东地区乡镇中小学体育课程改革中的诸多阻抗因素,已成为影响基层学校体育课程改革深入发展的症结所在.文章通过问卷调研和数理分析得出其阻抗因素主要为：体育课改保障、评价、监督机制不完善;欠缺科学规划与管理,课改内涵认识不到位;经费保障和投入力度不足;师资力量不均衡;课程内容设置陈旧,课外体育活动开展方式单一.对其阻抗因素做出成因分析,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期为豫东地区乡镇中小学体育教育事业的发展提供服务与帮助.
