| 摘 要： | 在大数据时代背景下，知识整合日益成为CDRS组织保持持续竞争优势亟待解决的问题。为此，结合CDRS知识整合和动态能力理论分析，构建基于动态能力的CDRS知识整合模型，详细地探讨动态能力、知识整合平台、知识整合能力和运行机制诸要素间的具体作用机制，对于动态能力、CDRS知识整合与服务创新绩效间的内在联系具有重要意义，也为获取动态能力和全面提升CDRS组织绩效提供可供选择的理论模式。

| Abstract: | In the era of big data, knowledge integration is increasingly becoming CI）RS organizations to maintain sustain-able competitive advantages problems to be solved. This, the article combined with the CDRS knowledge integration and dynamic capabilities theoretical, a study on CDRS knowledge integration model based on the dynamic capability was built, its model was discussed in detail dynamic capabilities, knowledge integration platform, knowledge integration capability and operation mecha- nism among the various elements of the specific mechanism of action, for the dynamic capabilities, CDILS knowledge Integration and services intrinsic link between innovation performance is important, but also for access to dynamic capabilities and enhance or- ganizational performance CDRS provide alternative theoretical models. |
