| 摘 要： | 报道了一种新的活动图象编码算法，称为具有运动补偿的多值量化块截断编码．模拟结果表明：这种新算法比现有的其它同类算法有更好的性能，压缩比为７５，信噪比为３５ｄＢ，在现有个人计算机上可以用软件实时实现．

| Abstract: | In this paper,a novel moving picture coding algorithm,called the Multi level Quantized Block Truncation coding with Motion Compensation,is presented.The experiments show that this algorithm has better performance than the other algorithms of the same kind,can be realized in real time be using software in current PC,and the compression ratio is 75,at the same time,the peak signal to noise ratio is 35 dB. |
