| 摘 要： | 从高校体育教学专业田径课程教学改革入手，以中小学体育与健康课程的变革为依托，阐述了目前高校田径教学存在的问题，并对高校体育教育专业田径课程教学目标、教学内容、教学方法和手段、教学评价和师资等方面提出了相应的改革对策．

| Abstract: | The topic we will talk about is the teaching reform for track and field course in the universities. According to the changes of physical education and health, the author expounds the problem in the present track and field teaching and puts forward some appropriate measures on the teaching aim, the teaching contents, the ways and methods of teaching, teaching assesses and teachers. |
