| 摘 要： | 在我国市场需求不足紧缩缺口逐年相对缩小，但历史累计的市场需求不足紧缩缺口仍在不断扩大的同时，现期市场呈现出结构通货膨胀现象。只有合理的协调的利用财政、货币与外贸政策新组合，才能既抑制短期通货膨胀，又克服长期市场需求不足紧缩缺口对经济增长的约束，从而实现经济全面、协调、可持续增长与就业增加。

| Abstract: | The deflation gap of market demand shortage is now reducing step by step in China,but the historically accumulated deflation gap of market demand shortage is still expanding. In the meanwhile, the present market shows itself structural inflation. Only utilizing rationally and coordinatedly new combination of monetary, financial and foreign trade policies can conrol the short-term inflation and overcome the constraints of long-term deflation gap of market demand shortage, therefore we can get an all-around,coordinated and sustainable growth and an increase of employment. |
