| 摘 要： | 过度负荷后产生的骨骼肌损伤及延迟性酸痛一直是当前体育科研中的重要问题。本文对近二十年来的临床治疗和科研成果进行综述,目的在于提高对骨骼肌损伤和延迟性酸痛的治疗及机制的认识。
