| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法和“体验式教学”实验法,在与传统式教学法实验比较中发现“体验式教学”的教学效果明显优于传统式的教学法:学生在愉悦的环境中,自觉积极地参与到武术的学习、锻炼中;并在教师的引导下自由学习和愉快体验,从而更好地掌握和巩固提高动作.

| Abstract: | The application of documentation and "experience-type"teaching experiment,the experiment in comparison with the traditional teaching,it's found that the effects of "experience-type "teachiing is obviously superior to the traditional teaching.In the cheerful environment,students would take part in the learning and training of martial arts consciously and actively.And they can learn freely and experience enjoyable in the guidence of teacher,thus,they can master,consolidate and improve the motion. |
