| 摘 要： | 日本在华直接投资经历了十几年的变化和发展,投资的趋势看好,中日经济合作已经日益走向深入.然而在1997年后,日本在华投资出现滑坡.综合分析其原因有两个:一是日本经济萧条;一是中国国内企业发展的竞争.日本直接投资对我国经济有重要影响:可以促进中国贸易的增长;有利于中国获得高新技术;有利于中国实施西部大开发战略;同时也可能造成我国国内不公平竞争加剧,影响民族企业生存与发展;还可能造成我国经济对日资依赖加强,易受日本经济波动影响.要实现双边合作关系的稳定健康发展,中日双方应加强沟通,减少摩擦;中方要继续完善法规,优化投资环境;要进一步认识日本海外直接投资规律,消除其顾虑;要逐步开放市场,吸引日本在华投资扩大规模.

| Abstract: | Japan has invested capitals in China for more than 10 years.The ecomonic cooperation between China and Japan has a further development.But after 1997,Japan has reduced its investment.There are 2 reasons for that;(1) economic depression in Japan,(2) the enterprises' competition in China.The investment of Japan has a great influence on the economic developing of China.So in order to attract the investment of Japan,our government should strengthen the two countries' cooperation,make a better investing circumstance and open more markets. |
