| Abstract: | Under the knowledge economic environment,a library which intends to promote the capability of its sustained development should consider it as an urgent necessity to strengthen the construction of its staff.Meanwhile,great efforts ought to be made in such aspects as heightening assisant librarians confidence,transforming the mechanism,encouraging librarians to master more specialized knowledge and raising the service level etc. |
