中、外优秀女子蹦床运动员动作难度及质量的比较研究

摘    要:采用录像解析、数理统计等方法对 2 0 0 3年中国蹦床冠军赛及第 2 3届世界蹦床锦标赛女子决赛前 6名运动员自选动作的难度及质量进行比较研究。结果表明 ,我国运动员的优势是动作腾空高度高 ,动作间高度波动小 ;其问题是整套动作难度低 ,差距主要体现在转体难度及姿势难度上 ,动作水平位移较大 ,身体姿态错误较明显 ,整套动作的成功率低。建议我国运动员在努力发展 3周空翻的同时 ,还要进一步在两周空翻的转体度数和姿势难度上挖掘潜力 ,并且在动作的稳定性和动作的姿态上下更大的功夫

Abstract:Through using the method of video analytics and mathematical statistics,this paper makes comparative research on difficult and quality of free movement for top 6 trampolinists in the final in 2003 China Trampoline Championship and 23 st World Trampoline Championship.The result shows that the advantage of our trampolinists is high takeoff movement and less undulation between movements.The disadvantage is low difficult degree of whole set movement.The difference is mainly in degree of twisting and difficulty of posture.The horizontal displacement of movement and fault of position are obvious.It suggests that our trampolinists should further develop the potential of twisting and difficulty of posture of somersaults for two times and exert great efforts on stability and position of movement.
