| 摘 要： | 组织实施质量工程是一项复杂的系统工作,涉及到诸多因素。从建设、改革、常规管理三个方面提出了具体举措。专业、课程、教材、实验室、教学团队等五项建设要着重处理好重点与一般、硬件与软件、评估与日常建设等三种关系,教学改革要以产学研结合为切入点,常规管理要贯彻从严治校方针,重点抓好教学环节质量标准、反馈控制制度、考试与学籍管理等三方面制度的落实。
