| 摘 要： | 通过分析企业总部与生产制造基地空间分离的区域要素禀赋差异、生产交易费用、组织协调成本等影响因素,构建总部经济模式下企业发展模型,揭示出企业将总部与生产制造基地空间分离会带来生产成本节约或利润增加,当这种成本节约或利润增加高于分离产生的组织协调成本时,企业将采取总部经济模式进行资源配置,以降低综合运营成本,获取更大的利润,提升综合竞争力。

| Abstract: | This paper builds up an enterprise development model under the "Headquarters Economy" condition based on the analysis of relative factors,such as regional differences in factor endowments,production transaction costs,and organization and coordination costs,etc.Results indicate that the spatial separation of headquarters and manufacturing-bases will sure bring savings on production costs and improvement on profits.Moreover,when the saving and improving amounts exceed the costs of coodination induced by seperation,companies will layout headquarters and manufacturing-bases by the model of Headquarters Economy,in order to lower the composite operation costs,gain a relatively larger profit space,and in the end realize the improvement of composite competitive power of the enterprises. |
