| 摘 要： | 学风是学习思想作风在学习上的具体体现，是学生在学习方面所展示的精神、风度、风格、方法和习惯等要素的综合体现。优良的学风是一种潜移默化的巨大的精神力量，能时刻激励学生奋发努力、积极向上、健康成长。学风建设关系到班级风气的好坏、学生的成长发展，作为班级管理的直接负责人，辅导员要将班级学风建设摆在重要位置，通过多项措施开展班级优良学风建设。

| Abstract: | The study attitude is the concrete embodiment of the learning attitude and thinking concerning study and is also the comprehensive embodiment of spirit, demeanor, manner, methods, habits and other fac-tors showed by students in terms of study. The proper study attitude is a potentially huge spiritual power and can constantly stimulate students to strive hard, become active and grow sound. The forming of the study atti-tude is related to the class atmosphere and students’growth and development. As the instructor of the class management, university counselors should put the construction of attitude style in the first place and initiate the forming of proper study attitude through a number of measures. |
