| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料研究法，对国内外优秀男子跳远运动员的跳远运动学参数和跳远技术特征进行比较分析，研究其中的差异。结果表明：走以力量见长的高跳跃型技术之路。是提高国内男子跳远运动成绩的有效途径；并提出了相应的策略。

| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary,the article made the comparing analysis on the jumping kinematics parameters and technical features of the internal and external excellent man-jumpers,and their differences were explored.The results showed that the high-jumping type was the effective way of raising the internal man-jumping level,and the relevant tactics were posed. |
