| 摘 要： | 来华留学生教育的功能呈现多元化特征,不仅具有育人和文化传播的功能,而且具有政治功能与市场功能,并且反映国家的核心竞争力。我国对来华留学生进行三级管理,职业化、专业化和规范化体现在队伍建设、技术手段、教育质量、生活保障以及国际化特征等方面。来华留学生生源渐趋多样化,来源国逐步丰富多样,层次结构明显改善,专业结构也发生了较大变化,来华留学生的规模效益呈直线上升趋势。
