| 摘 要： | 从本质上说,教育信息化就是运用信息技术改革和发展教育,促进教育现代化。英国高度重视信息资源建设,充分利用信息与通信技术发展远程教育,以教育信息化推动教学和管理模式的变革,使教育发生了很大的变化,使英国在全球教育中占据了十分有利的竞争位置。深入考察英国教育信息化的特点,对于整合教育资源,提高教育质量,以及培养学生信息与通信技术能力都有极其重要的意义。

| Abstract: | In fact,educational informationalization is used to reform and develop education,promote modern education by using information technology.Britain attaches importance to the construction of information resources,and makes full use of information and communication technology to develop long-distance education,also it promotes the reform of teaching and managemental models by using educational informationalization,which changes the education a lot and makes Britain in a advantagous competitive situation in the international education.It is profoundly important and meaningful to deeply study the features of educational informationalization in Britain,because it can integrate educational resources,improve the quality of education and cultivate students' skills of using technology and communication technology. |
