| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆建立"学科馆员"制度是信息社会的必然趋势.本文通过介绍学科馆员的产生、发展,以及其服务宗旨,阐述了大学图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必要性.作者通过网上调查的方式,针对目前国内高校图书馆实行学科馆员制度的现状进行分析,希望高校图书馆形成以"学科"为中心的信息服务团队,更好地为高校整体教学、学科建设及重点科研方面的建设和发展发挥作用.

| Abstract: | It is an inevitable trend of information society for the library of universities to establish the "subject librarian" system.This article elaborates the necessity of university library to establish subject librarian system,by introducing the production,the development and the service aim of the subject librarian.The author analyses the present domestic universities library implementation of subject librarian system through the on-line investigation way,with a view of hoping the universities library form the information service team centered on "the subject",serve better for improving the universities overall teaching,subject construction and key scientific research construction and development. |
