摘    要:教师专业化是当今世界普遍关注的问题。因历史原因而形成的不公平的城乡教育体系严重制约了我国农村教师专业化的顺利成长。“统筹城乡教育发展”将使农村教师与城市教师一道公平地享受国民教育,必将有利于改观农村教师目前处于专业化相对不利的弱势地位,体现出有利于农村教师专业化成长的社会功效。

Abstract:Specialization of teaching staff is a world's concern. The unfair city and countryside education system seriously constrains the growth of specialization of teaching staff in the countryside. Unified city and countryside education development will offer the opportunity of fair national education for both countryside teachers and city teachers, which will be beneficial for the specialized growth of countryside teaching staff.
