| 摘 要： | 根据贵州地区镍钼矿性质,在自然界镍钼矿主要以辉钼矿的形式存在,硫主要是以MoS2的形式存在,所以必须先进行脱硫,使不溶于碱的二硫化钼转化为易溶于碱的三氧化钼。焙烧的主要目的是脱硫,影响焙烧产品的质量主要因素有焙烧温度、料层厚度、炉内压力、物料翻转速度、焙烧时间和炉内空气压力及流速等。文章主要论述了影响镍钼矿焙烧质量的因素。

| Abstract: | according to the nature of Nickel-molybdenum mine in Guizhou Province,Nickel-molybdenum mine in nature mainly in the form of molybdenite,Sulfur exists mainly in the form of MoS2,Therefore,we must first conduct a desulfurization.So do not dissolve in alkali molybdenum disulfide into soluble alkali molybdenum trioxide.The main purpose of desulfurization roasting,baking products,affecting the quality of the main factors calcination temperature,material thickness,furnace pressure,turning speed of the material,calcination time and the furnace air pressure and flow rate.This paper discusses the impact of nickel-molybdenum roasting quality factor. |
