| 摘 要： | 致使中国的科技竞争力一直处于中等水平的不是技术创新不足,而关键在于资本对技术的支撑力度不够,因此寻找或设计出合适的对接模式来实现技术市场与资本市场的相互支持、相互融合是非常重要的。从技术市场与资本市场的对接框架入手,分析出适合我国经济的对接模式,并论述了对接模式在高新技术企业中的应用。

| Abstract: | What makes the competitiveness of Chinese technology remain middle level is not the short of technological innovation, but the deficient support from capital market. Thus, it is important to find or design the effectual joint mode for the support and integration between the technology market and the capital market. Starting with the joint frame of the technology market and the capital market, this paper finds out the suitable joint modes and illustrates the application of these joint modes in high-tech corporations. |
