| 摘 要： | 现代大学制度的本质是一种学术组织的管理,即教授治校。教授治校意在通过大学评议会的民主决策为大学立法。完善的大学评议会制度,与党委领导下的校长负责制共同实现了现代大学治理的三权分立,是具有中国特色的现代大学制度。

| Abstract: | Professor governance is the basic tradition of higher education and the basic path to respect academic power and perfect university governance.Professor governance aims to make the legislation of university through the democratic decision-making of university’s academic council.Perfect university academic council system,together with the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party has realized the separation of three powers of modern university governance.That is modern university system with Chinese characteristics.The other hand,the present popular "professor study" phrase is neither fish nor fowl.It should be a warning. |
