| Abstract: | The paper maintains that college culture has contributed to the improvement of the quality and competitiveness of labors in all walks of life in Wuhan and become the driving force of the scientific researches and technology innovation. With the channels of cultural exchange and research collaboration broadened, the development of Hi-te and innovative industry has been given great impetus. Moreover, the college culture provides the theoretical directions and intellectual support for the development of the city as well and helps to upgrade its culture standard and image. |
