浅谈创新思维在高职烹饪教学中的应用

摘    要:当前高职烹饪专业的发展面临着许多的问题。一方面厨师就业日趋激烈,另一方面毕业生就业素质不高,尤其是可持续发展能力不足。通过创新教学对培养学生创新能力等方面进行了探讨,表明创新思维在烹饪教学中具有重要作用。

Abstract:The current development of cuisine major faces many problems.On one hand,the employment for cooks is becoming more competitive.On the other hand,the graduates still lack high quality of employment,especially the capacity for sustainable development.By discussing how to cultivate students’ innovative ability through innovative teaching,the article demonstrates the importance of innovative thinking in cuisine teaching.
