| 摘 要： | 创业机会和创业战略都是创业研究的重要问题,然而,长期以来,对这两个问题的研究并未有效地联系起来。本文在回顾创业战略的相关文献和分析创业机会特征的基础上,指出不同特征的创业机会对创业战略的选择存在显著影响,并提出了机会导向的新创企业战略的制定模式;进而将其应用于我国实际的创业案例考察,分析结果与这一模式较为吻合。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneurial opportunity and the selection of new venture strategy are important issues in the entrepreneurship researches.However,the combination of them have not been effectively studied.Based on the review of relevant literatures on venture strategy and the analysis of the characteristics of entrepreneurial opportunity,this paper indicates that entrepreneurial opportunities have significant influence on the selection of new venture strategy and provides opportunity-oriented pattern for new venture strategy.And it is well consistent with practical entrepreneurship cases in China. |
