| 摘 要： | 针对高校科技成果转化创新观念问题，分析了高校科技成果转化中的影响因素，即高等教育功能的认识滞后、科研市场观念不强及企业观念的问题。提出了促进高校科技成果转化观念创新的解决方法。指出要提高高校科技成果转化率，需要科技成果转化主体观念的创新。

| Abstract: | In line with the idea of innovating the concept on transforming sci-tech achievements in universities,this paper analyses all factors that affect the transformation of sci-tech achievements,i.e.the cognitive function of higher learning system is backward,the conceptulization on scientific research market is weak and the enterprise culture is vague,etc.Based on the aforementioned analysis,the author comes up with solutions that help promote an innovative conceptualization on the transformation of sci-tech achievements and points out that the key issue in this process is to enhance the efficiency of transforming sci-tech achievements and to innovate the subjectivity's concept on transforming sci-tech achievements. |
