| 摘 要： | 斯宾诺莎所说的人的思想自由有两层含义：一是一个人具有理性，他就有了自由；二是人具有天赋的自由思考判断之权，这一自由思考判断之权是不可转让的，企图从思想上控制人民的政府是暴虐的政府。由于学术界存在着误解，因而有必要对斯宾诺莎关于自由与必然关系的思想进行辨析。此外，在言论自由的问题上，斯宾诺莎的论述有模糊不清的地方。也应加以细致辨析。

| Abstract: | Spinoza defined one's freedom in thinking at two levels: 1) Once one has ration, he has freedom; 2) One is born with the right to think freely which is not transferable. Since there exist some misunderstandings in academic circle, Spinoza's ideas on the relation between freedom and necessity should be further analyzed, and some of his ambiguous arguments about freedom of speech should be further elaborated and clarified. |
