| 摘 要： | 通过对国内外竞技健美操比赛情况和竞赛规则等的对比 ,研究分析了我国竞技健美操的现状及发展趋势。目前 ,竞技健美操难度动作数量和质量不断提高 ,成套动作注重编排的艺术性 ,音乐的选择运用趋于丰富多彩 ,强调保持健美操项目特色 ,规定动作可能被取消 ,而我国缺乏高水平的运动员、教练员队伍。为此提出了发展对策 ,以缩小我国与国际发展趋势之间的差距 ,为提高我国竞技健美操运动的发展水平提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | The present situation and the development trend development of competitive aerobic dancing were studied and analyzed by comparing its competition status and contest rules at home and abroad. At present, the number and quality of difficulty movements in competitive aerobic dancing are improving continuously. In routine exercises the artistic quality of the composition is stressed and the selection and application of music trend to be rich and colorful. To keep the item feature of competitive aerobic dancing is also stressed. It will be possible to cancel compulsory exercises. There are lack of high skilled coaches and gymnasts of competitive aerobic dancing in China. Therefore, countermeasures for development were put forward for shortening the distance between the development trends in China and the world in order to bring forward theoretical bases for improving the development level of competitive aerobic dancing in China. |
