| 摘 要： | 本研究旨在探讨上海高中教师应具备的胜任力模型，编制上海高中教师胜任力测评工具，来尝试了解上海高中教师的胜任力水平，并探索本模型对选拔与评价上海高中教师是否有效。研究基于文献分析，采用调查问卷与访谈相结合的方法，定性研究与定量研究相结合，从胜任力的角度，对上海高中教师胜任力模型及测评进行了一系列的实证研究。通过分层对比专家、熟手及新手教师，根据统计分析结果建构了上海高中教师胜任力模型，包括10个维度和78个评价指标的上海高中教师胜任力模型及其定量化评价体系。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this dissertation is to explore the competency model of teachers in the senior high schools of Shanghai, to compile the assessment tools of the teacher competency and assess the level of the teachers in the senior high schools of shanghai. This study adopts many research methods such as literature method, questionnaire survey method and interviewing method. A series of demonstration study on competency model and assessment system from the angle of competency, on the basis of connection of qualitative examination and quantitative examination, is completed. According to the statistic analysis result, the competency model includes the 10 factors and 78 assessment index signs. |
