| 摘 要： | 学校体育教师的教育素质能够对当前学生的行为规范产生极其重要的影响,本文从多角度、多种层次试图通过学生的特点,根据现代教学论的观点,从课程理论、课程实际操作方面,对体育教师教育素质进行全面的直观的综合分析,并提出相关建议,为体育教师提出了可供借鉴的理论依据,以提高体育教师的教育、教学水平。
