合肥市小学校聘教师主观幸福感的调查研究

摘    要:通过对合肥市10所小学的120名小学教师的主观幸福感状况进行调查,研究表明:合肥市小学校聘教师总体上属于中等偏上水平,与在编教师在总体满意度上差异不明显,但在收入福利及社会支持满意度上校聘教师显著低于在编教师;不同性别、不同婚姻状况、不同学科、不同教龄的校聘教师在各维度均无显著性差异,但随着年龄增长,主观幸福感呈下降趋势。此项调查研究结果对提高当下小学校聘教师主观幸福感指数有一定的借鉴意义。

An Empirical Study of the Subjective Well-being of Recruited Primary School Teachers

Abstract:Through the questionnaire,subjective well-being of 120 recruited teachers of 10 primary schools in Hefei has been surveyed. It shows that their subjective well-being is of the medium to upper level,difference of overall satisfaction is not obvious compared with teachers on the regular payroll,but the revenue benefits and social support satisfaction Colonel are significantly lower than them; different gender,different marital status,different disciplines,different seniority do not make any significant difference in all dimensions. However,with age increasing,subjective well-being declines. It is hoped that the survey can be of help for improving the subjective well-being of those recruited primary school teachers.
