| Abstract: | To build a research oriented university, it is of utmost importance to fully understand and grasp its connotations and characteristics, establish an administrative system centered on scholarship and academic disciplines, a corresponding operation mechanism for scientific research, a research oriented mechanism of teaching process, set up a new mechanism for exploitation and management of human resources and speed up the process of internationalization of education. |
