| 摘 要： | 当前,随着我国教育事业不断深入发展,校长成为了重要的人力资源,校长专业化成为校长队伍建设的趋势之一。如何更好地推进校长专业化,培养专家型校长是非常值得研究的课题。其中,从管理制度上加以保障和探索是完成这一课题的重要手段。文中立足于这一思路,探讨了我国中小学校长管理制度探索的背景,对发达国家校长管理制度进行了分析,解读了我国中小学校长管理制度面临的问题,并提出了我国现代中小学校长管理制度探索的六个维度。
