| 摘 要： | 60年科技创新“痛并快乐着”，我们应在快乐中总结成功经验，在困境中迎难而上。从科技成果、科技投入、科技人力资源、创新环境、科技潜在生产力五个方面分析建国60年科技创新的演进特点，指出了我国科技创新的未来战略重点在于完善国家创新体系和建设创新型国家。

| Abstract: | The scientific and technological innovation in the past 60 years has experienced both pain and joy. We ought to learn from successful experience while brave difficulties in adversity. The developmental characteristics of the scientific and technological innovation in the past 60 years since the foundation of PRC are analyzed from five aspects, namely, sci-tech achievements, sci-tech investments, sci-tech human resources, innovative enviroment and sci-tech potential productivity. The future strategic priorities of scientific and technological innovation in our country rests with the improvement of national innovative system and the construction of an innovation-oriented country. |
