顾客导向与我国政府绩效评估

摘    要:随着西方公共管理运动在世界的广泛开展,绩效评估和顾客导向作为改进我国政府管理的有力工具和手段备受关注。本文通过界定顾客导向的理论渊源及其内涵,针对我国政府绩效评估中诸多不足,在与传统效率导向型政府绩效评估比较分析基础上,提出构建我国“顾客导向”型绩效评估体系的几点思考。

Abstract:With prevailing of western public management conception,performance appraisal and customer orientation as measures to improve government administration draws wide attention.The paper tries to find out the origins of customer orientation theory and its implication,and aiming at various deficiencies in government appraisal,it puts forward some ideas on the construction of appraisal system with a customer orientation based on the comparison with the conventional efficiency oriented appraisal system.
