| Abstract: | The academic standards, i. e. scientific level, creativity, logicality, actual effectiveness and conciseness, of the articles in journals are probed through analyses and comparison on the academic appraisals of the articles made by the scholars. Drawing on the opinions of various circles and in the light of practice of running journals of natural science in China, suggestions for aPpraising and increasing the academic standards and academic value of articles are presented. |
